The rooms at Hotel Cartoon Razgrad are fantastic! They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, like a cozy bed, a flat-screen TV, and free WiFi. I just loved the feeling of being pampered in the air-conditioned rooms. Plus, having a safety deposit box and a private bathroom made me feel secure and at home.

Honestly, I didn't really like that some of the rooms had a kitchenette with a stovetop. It's just my personal preference, but I didn't feel like cooking while on my business trip.

Great location right in the heart of the town, just a few minutes away from all the shops, restaurants, and bars. Rooms are clean and comfortable with modern decor and plenty of space. Loved the impressive view from my room window, really enjoyable to wake up with such a vista. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure I had a good stay.

The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive, I was expecting more variety given the price I paid. The shower pressure in my room was below par, but it was still usable.
